Licensed & Managed SmarterMail Instances
For customers using a SmarterMail license provided and managed by xByte Cloud, any new important security builds will continue to be applied automatically as part of our standard management and security response process. All builds without an “important” label are applied on a per/request basis.
Free Edition (SmarterMail 1 Domain – up to 10 mailboxes)
Customers running the free edition of SmarterMail (e.g., SmarterMail 1 Domain – Supports up to 10 Mailboxes) are responsible for installing and maintaining new builds. The free edition does not include management or support services from xByte Cloud.
If you would like xByte Cloud engineers to install a new SmarerMail build on your behalf, this can be scheduled during normal business hours for a one-time fee of $95 per build.
